Washington Leadership Conference Scholarship
Purpose:
This scholarship is provided as encouragement and financial assistance to seven (7) active Montana FFA Association members wishing to gain leadership training by attending the Washington Leadership Conference in Washington D.C.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for the scholarships, the applicant must:
- be an active Montana FFA Association member
- meet the qualifications of the Washington Leadership Conference
- be from a chapter which has a chartered, active Alumni affiliate (current dues paid by April 1st and annual report form submitted).
Procedure:
Submit to chapter advisor the completed application in an envelope addressed to the address below. Chapter advisor must complete the confidential reference form (in a sealed envelope) and include it in the envelope with the application. Applicant must also:
- attach a current photo of applicant fit for reproduction and publication and signed release form
- include a current transcript of grades
- include one letter of recommendation from someone other than Agriculture Education instructor
